The Challenge

The legacy dashboard was cluttered, slow, and difficult to navigate. Users reported spending too much time searching for critical data, leading to a 15% drop in efficiency.

The Approach

We started with user interviews to understand the core tasks. The goal was to declutter the interface and surface high-priority information immediately.

The Solution

We implemented a modular dashboard allowing users to customize their view. We simplified the navigation into a primary sidebar and context-aware secondary actions.
